Social education consulting and support

As a social education worker and management authority in social work, I apply my knowledge and skills as a practical expert with broad, long-standing experience in the field of pedagogy and in many different professional contexts to provide consulting and support in school, family, and structural/corporate areas.

 All of my services are directed towards educational institutions and/or parents and families, adults or partners and spouses, as well as pedagogical experts (educators, teachers) dealing with handling tasks and problem-solving in their line of work or everyday reality.

The goal of my consulting services is to provide long-term support and assistance by promoting resource-oriented problem-solving skills and strengthening the individual's personality, to create the best environment for the positive development of children and young people.

I support parents in their work as educators and advise and assist everyone involved with this task in their specific areas.
Benefit from my broad experience working with children, adolescents and adults in everyday pedagogical situations, hospitals, residential institutions, and administrative settings.



I plan to offer 3 types of consulting services.

For school contexts

In school contexts, handling questions from the professional context in a practical way, based on experience in everyday pedagogical (school) practice helps identify potential solutions.

For familial contexts

In family contexts, the focus is on promoting problem-solving abilities and personal development, as well as identifying individual resources, with the goal of improving individual life circumstances.

For structural and corporate contexts

In structural and corporate contexts, the focus is on planning, development, and stabilization, as well as on leadership in general, to initiate, support or question development and change processes.



Process | Setting

  • To begin my consulting work, I generally have the client fill out a registration form or medical history form after clarifying the contract and roles involved by telephone or in person.
  • Then we jointly go over the content described in a personal discussion, using formulated goals for time frame and content.
  • Then, the process is made up of short, medium or long-term consulting units.

These are provided in an individual setting, group setting, in a family, in an institution or at another selected location.
All services are voluntary and will be treated with absolute confidentiality and discretion.
