At the management level, the focus is on questions related to institutional planning and development and to general corporate and personnel management. In this area, I can serve as an advisor and generate ideas, or function as a sparring partner for mutual exchange. I plan to offer individual hours, as well as medium to long-term support.

This service is also designed for operational employees of pedagogical institutions dealing with questions on or actions surrounding implementing corporate goals, projects, and other processes.
